Dr. Stephanie Ball completed her BSc in Biology from the University of Regina in 1996 and continued on to Saskatoon's Western College of Veterinary Medicine, graduating in 2000. Much of her spare time is spent with her boyfriend and their furry family of three Bernese Mountain Dogs – Boulder, Summit and Ridge.
Dr. Mark Norman graduated from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in 1999 and has been practicing in Calgary ever since. A move to Alberta brought him to the CFL playing for the Edmonton Eskimos for 5 years which included a Grey Cup win in 1987. He then went on to complete a B.Ed. from the U of A in 1994. Dr. Norman was also a marine mammal trainer which involved work at facilities close to home as well as internationally, including Florida and Australia. Dr. Norman is currently an owner of the Southpointe Pet Hospital and the Fish Creek 24hr Pet Hospital. He divides his time between these clinics but admittedly has a passion for emergency medicine. Any spare time is spent in Chestermere with his girlfriend and their furry family of three Bernese Mountain Dogs.

I drive from the NW all the way to this clinic because they've got the friendliest staff, and very knowledgeable doctors! Every time we've been there we feel that we're getting advice from a friend and they are very reasonable in their prices and recommendations.
